The Good Time Girls is Courtney Hoffman's take on the classic Western. But unlike the films of Sergio Leone and John Ford, women are at the heart of the film.

I thought this short film had an excellent visual presentation but, don't expect professional level writing & execution.
I thought the bloody revenge plot line was not very well thought out. It was extremely predictable.
I don't why refinery29 keeps writing articles referring this movie as "feminist". I feel like it they are treating the audience like, they are stupid & the writers are looking down on them. The followers of refinery29 should be able to figure it out, by now. The refinery29 viewers already know what they are signing up for.
I feel like we are past a time in film where "women mimicking dude stuff" passes for feminist.
Other than that, this short felt like a preachy after school special.
